Reps for Android - Beta Testing Now Available

We're excited to announce that Reps is now available for beta testing on Android!

After months of development, we've built a native Android version of Reps with complete feature parity with iOS. Same powerful workout tracking, same clean interface, same smart features - now on Android.

Full Feature Parity

The Android version includes everything you love about Reps:

  • Smart rest timer with auto-start and customizable presets
  • 300+ exercise library with unlimited custom exercises
  • Warm-up and working set tracking for accurate progression
  • Saved workout templates for quick-start sessions
  • Complete progress analytics with charts and history
  • Calendar view showing your training consistency
  • Light and dark modes with system integration
  • Cloud sync across all your devices

No compromises, no missing features. Just Reps, exactly as you'd expect it.

Join the Beta

We're looking for early adopters to help us test and refine the Android experience before public release.

To join the beta testing program:

Send an email to apps@coady.me with:

  • Your name
  • The Gmail address associated with your Google Play Store account
  • What Android device you'll be testing on (optional but helpful)

We'll add you to the closed beta program and send you instructions on how to download Reps from the Google Play Store.

What We're Looking For

As a beta tester, your feedback is invaluable. We're particularly interested in:

  • Performance: How does the app feel on your device? Any lag or slowness?
  • Compatibility: Are there any features that don't work as expected?
  • UI/UX: Does the interface feel natural on Android?
  • Bugs: Anything broken or behaving strangely?

Report any issues or feedback through the app's settings screen or reply to your beta invitation email.

Note on Rest Timer

One small difference: rest timer notifications are currently disabled on Android. The visual countdown and timer functionality work perfectly in the app - you just won't receive a notification alert when the timer completes. We're working on implementing this feature for a future Android update.

Everything else works identically across both platforms.

Both Platforms, Equal Priority

Building for Android doesn't mean we're abandoning iOS. Both platforms will receive the same features, updates, and attention going forward. We're committed to delivering the best workout tracking experience on whichever device you prefer.
